(“Sevynox,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website, our revenue cycle management services, and the Sevynox OS platform. This policy applies to visitors to sevynox.com and to representatives of client organizations who interact with our platform and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you submit a contact form, request a demo, apply for a position, or subscribe to our newsletter — including your name, email address, phone number, organization, and any message content you provide. We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies described in our cookie banner.
3. Protected Health Information
In the course of delivering revenue cycle management services to healthcare organization clients, Sevynox may access Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, solely as a Business Associate operating under an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the applicable Covered Entity. PHI is handled exclusively in accordance with the terms of that BAA and applicable law, and is never used for purposes beyond those authorized by the client relationship.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, communicate about your account or engagement, send requested resources and newsletter content, and comply with legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Information Sharing
We may share information with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting, email delivery, or analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, with professional advisors as needed, and where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. PHI is shared only as permitted under an applicable BAA.

Sevynox maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, consistent with our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 commitments. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to contact us with any security concerns.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can manage cookie preferences through the banner presented on your first visit or through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use core site functionality.
