Responsibilities
- Join live patient encounters remotely and document in real time within the provider's EHR
- Follow specialty-specific templates and individual provider documentation preferences
- Flag documentation questions to providers for same-visit clarification
- Maintain strict HIPAA-compliant handling of all patient information
Qualifications
- Prior scribing, medical assisting, or clinical documentation experience preferred
- Strong typing speed and medical terminology knowledge
- Reliable, quiet remote work environment with secure internet connection
- Comfort working flexible shifts aligned to provider schedules
