Lead revenue cycle assessments and transformation roadmaps for hospital and health system clients undergoing major operational change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end revenue cycle assessments against client data and industry benchmarks
- Develop sequenced, actionable transformation roadmaps with client leadership
- Provide embedded advisory support through implementation, including EHR transitions
- Deliver executive- and board-level findings presentations
Qualifications
- 7+ years revenue cycle leadership or consulting experience
- Track record leading assessments across multi-facility health systems
- Experience supporting EHR or major system transitions preferred
- Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require
